1. Delete Account
How to delete your account in the application:
- On App (Android and iOS)
- Login into your account. Please use the credentials/mode of login chosen at the time of Registration.
- After Registration on top of the Home screen of the App on bottom right section of the App on click of the Settings Icon.
- On Click of the settings icon, you will find option for “Delete Account” inside the opened menu.
- On Click of the “Delete Account” pop-up you will be provided with the option to re-confirm of your account desired to be deleted.
- Select “Yes” if you want to delete your account, and select “No” if you don't want to delete your account.
- On selection of “Yes”, your account will be deleted. And on selection of “No”, your account will active.
2. When you delete your account:
- You will be allowed to re-login with the and your all previous data and activities will be unavailable and you will starting the use the platform from beginning.
- You will lose access to your progress, statistics and history.
- You will lose subscribed plans or any IAP purchases.
- Before deleting make sure your are ready to get your account deleted.
