Word Thread is an online and offline game and software service. Your use of Word Thread is
subject at all times to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Your use of Word Thread
constitutes your acceptance of these terms. You may also become a Member of Word Thread by
registering on our site. To be a Member, you must accept all of the terms and conditions of the
Membership Agreement.
USE OF MATERIAL ON THE WORD THREAD SITE:
The information, artwork, text, video, audio, or pictures (collectively, 'Materials') contained on
the Word Thread website are protected by copyright laws. You may only access and use the
Materials for personal purposes. You may not modify or use the Materials for any other purpose
without Word Thread, Inc.'s express written consent. Except as provided below, you may not
reproduce, republish, post, transmit or distribute any Materials on the Word Thread website. Any
computer software downloadable or otherwise available from the Word Thread website is
licensed subject to the terms of the applicable license agreement. The Materials included on the
Word Thread website may be subject to change without notice.
SITES LINKED TO WORD THREAD SITE:
You should not attempt to 'pass-off' any of Word Thread's content as your own work.
SITES LINKED FROM THE WORD THREAD WEBSITE:
The sites linked from the Word Thread website are not under Word Thread's control, and Word
Thread does not assume any responsibility or liability for any communications or materials
available at such linked sites. Word Thread does not intend links on the Word Thread website to
be referrals or endorsements of the linked entities; they are provided for convenience only.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
The services, information, or data (collectively, 'Information') made available at the Word Thread
website are provided 'AS IS', without warranties of any kind. Word Thread expressly disclaims
any representations and warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Word Thread shall have absolutely no
liability in connection with the services including without limitation, any liability for damage to
your computer hardware, data, information, Materials, and business resulting from the
Information or the lack of information available on the Word Thread website.
Word Thread shall have no liability for:
1. Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or
for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or delivering the
Information; or
2. Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Information regardless of how caused, or
delays or interruptions in the delivery of the Information; or3. Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the Information
furnished hereunder.
Word Thread makes no warranty, representation, or guaranty as to the content, sequence,
accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of the Information or that the Information may be relied
upon for any reason. Word Thread makes no warranty, representation, or guaranty that the
Information will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any defects can be corrected. For purposes
of this section, 'Word Thread' shall include MG-Business Push, Inc., and its divisions,
subsidiaries, successors, parent companies, and their employees, partners, principals, agents, and
representatives, and any third-party providers or sources of information or data.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Under no circumstances shall Word Thread be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever,
whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, from the use of, or reliance on, the Information, or from
the use of the Internet generally. For purposes of this section, 'Word Thread' shall include MG-
Business Push, Inc., and its divisions, subsidiaries, successors, parent companies, and their
employees, partners, principals, agents, and representatives, and any third-party providers or
sources of information or data.
ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR:
The laws that apply in the offline world must be obeyed online as well. We have zero tolerance
for illegal behavior on Word Thread. We terminate use of the Service and cooperate with law
enforcement on such matters.
WORD THREAD TOS: MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:
You become a Member of Word Thread by completing our registration. This Membership
Agreement is a legal document that explains your rights and obligations as a Word Thread
Member. Please read it carefully.
Word Thread Membership Basics:
Membership allows you to participate in certain games and activities on Word Thread. This
Membership Agreement and any rules or instructions posted on Word Thread regarding a
particular game, activity, contest, or sweepstakes, constitute the entire agreement between you
and Word Thread regarding your use of the Service. If there is any conflict between the
Membership Agreement and any other rules or instructions posted on Word Thread, Word Thread
shall resolve the conflict in its sole discretion. As a Word Thread Member, you agree to all of the
terms and conditions of the Rules of Play and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into
this Membership Agreement. When you accept this Agreement and complete Word Thread's
registration process, you create a Word Thread account ("Account") and select a login name and
you get a password. Your login name is your online identity. You may not use a login name that
is used by someone else, and your login name cannot be vulgar, or otherwise offensive, or be
used in any way that violates the Terms of Service. You may not provide false information during
the registration process. You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account and for the
security of your computer system. It is important that you do not reveal your password to otherusers. Word Thread will not ask you to reveal your password (If you forget your password, you
can tell us your email as was filled in the registration process, and we will send you your
password.) You agree not to reveal your login name and password to other users. You agree to
indemnify and hold Word Thread harmless for any improper or illegal use of your Account. This
includes illegal or improper use by someone to whom you have given permission to use your
Account. Your Account is at risk if you let someone use it inappropriately and your membership
is subject to termination if you or anyone using your Account violates our Terms of Service. If
your Account is terminated, you may not join Word Thread again without our express
permission. You may not sell or charge others for the right to use your Account.
CHARGES, BILLING, AND FREE TRIALS
We may provide links to other websites. Some of these websites may charge separate fees, which
are not included in any subscription or other fees that you may pay to Word Thread. Word Thread
may also provide access to third-party vendors, who provide content, goods, and/or services on
Word Thread or the Internet. Any separate charges or obligations you incur in your dealings with
these third parties are your responsibility.
UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
Word Thread may update or revise the Membership Agreement at any time. By becoming a
Member of Word Thread, you agree that Word Thread Inc. may change the terms of this
Membership Agreement. If we revise the Membership Agreement, such revision shall be
effective thirty (30) days after posting the new Membership Agreement on Word Thread. You
agree to review the Membership Agreement periodically to become aware of such revisions. You
can view the Membership Agreement at any time by clicking on the Terms of Service link at the
bottom of our Word Thread home page. Your continued use of the Service thirty (30) days after a
revised Agreement is posted on Word Thread will mean that you accept all such revisions. If you
don't agree to the changes, or to any of the terms in this Membership Agreement, your only
remedy is to cancel your Account (or subscription to a particular area or game).
TERMINATION
Either you or Word Thread has the right to terminate or cancel your Membership or a particular
subscription at any time. You understand and agree that the cancellation of your Account or a
particular subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with Word
Thread. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term
of this Membership Agreement or Word Thread's enforcement or application of this Agreement;
(2) any policy or practice of Word Thread, including the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, or
Word Thread's enforcement or application of these policies; (3) the Content available through
Word Thread; (4) your ability to access and/or use Word Thread; or (5) the amount or type of
fees, surcharges, applicable taxes, billing methods, or any change to the fees, applicable taxes,
surcharges or billing methods.
OTHER LEGAL TERMS
You agree that this Membership Agreement is not intended to confer and does not confer any
rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to this Agreement. You also understand
and agree that the Word Thread Terms of Use and the Word Thread Privacy Policy, including
Word Thread's enforcement of those policies, are not intended to confer, and do not confer, any
rights or remedies upon any person. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or
unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to
reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions
shall remain in full force and effect.
